Himalaya Human resources is the acquiring company of an employment agency, which was founded by the current director Kamal Henna in Prague in June 2008. Mr. Kamal Hena was born in Bangladesh where he spent all his childhood. He came to the Czech Republic in the 1980´s to study at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He graduated successfully and after the revolution, he started his own business in the hospitality and textile sector.

In 2004, when his friend asked him for help with employees, an idea to set up an employment agency occurred to him. And because Mr. Kamal Hena knew the environment of South Asia, local people, culture and laws, he began applying for all permits needed to employ these people in the Czech Republic and other European countries.
Years of experience in business, knowledge of laws both in the Czech Republic and in the states of South Asia, knowledge of the aspects of hiring these people and experience with employing them in his own establishments – these are the main reasons why he decided to set up an employment agency in 2008.

Today, Himalaya Human resources is – thanks to our proactive approach and experts from various fields – a successful and growing company. We co-operate with companies from all over the Czech Republic which we treat as our full partners and we provide them top-quality candidates for their vacancies. Our main focus lies primarily on less desirable jobs.
